Visit the Pyramids of Giza are the only survivors among the seven wonders of the Ancient World.
The monumental pyramid of Cheops was built over a 20 years period by team of 100,000 workers. Nearby is the Great Sphinx, carved out of one huge rock and depicting the Pharaoh Chefren's head on the body of a lion. On our way back, we visit a papyrus institute to learn how papyrus was manufactured in ancient times.
